Asheville is one of the country's favorite places to elope — but almost no one pairs an intimate ceremony spot with lodging for the whole party on private acreage. We do. Couples have already eloped and renewed vows in our barn.
The offer
A nightly stay plus a flat event fee. You bring your vendors (officiant, photographer, florals); we provide the setting and the barn.
2 + up to ~8 guests. Barn ceremony space, fire pit, hot tub, porches, ~7 acres, seasonal-waterfall backdrop. 2-night stay (sleeps 16, so everyone can stay).
Event fee from $750 + lodging
Up to ~20–30 guests. Everything above, plus a set-up window and parking coordination.
Event fee $1,500–2,500 + lodging
Small celebrations. The barn and grounds for an intimate renewal or gathering during your stay.
